What TriCoo is
A training platform for triathlon and endurance sports, for amateurs: what it costs, what connects to it and what it does not do yet.

TriCoo is a training platform for triathlon and endurance sports, for amateurs.
Progress, minus the heroics.
What it is
TriCoo builds a training plan around your week: how much time you have and on which days. After every session the plan is recalculated. Load grows step by step, and the growth has a ceiling. You do not need to make up missed sessions.
The AI assistant explains why the plan looks the way it does and changes it when you ask. TriCoo calculates every number itself: load, thresholds, form and the plan. Watches and services only bring in the data. How it all works step by step is in Start here.
Who it is for
For amateurs who have a job, a family and from 5 to 12 hours a week for sport. TriCoo covers five sports: triathlon, running, trail running, cycling and swimming.
What it costs
Free for as long as possible. No card needed.
What connects
Workouts come in from watches and services: Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Polar, WHOOP, intervals.icu, Strava. Resting heart rate and heart rate variability from Fitbit and Pixel Watch come through Google Health. The plan goes to Garmin, COROS and Wahoo watches by itself. What comes from where and what goes where is in Connections.
You do not have to connect anything. You can upload a workout as a file or mark it as done.
What it does not have yet
- There are no apps in the App Store or Google Play yet. TriCoo opens in the browser, and you can add it to your Home Screen.
- There is no plan for skiing, rowing, duathlon, aquathlon or swimrun.
- TriCoo does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor. Where the line is drawn is in Safety and where medicine begins.
- Forecast accuracy has not been checked yet. The Forecasts screen calculates times for standard distances, and the method is experimental.
